Your application must be submitted with the following required documents:

Current High School Transcript

Copy of current valid school picture I.D.

Two (2) Letters of recommendation (principal, teacher, school counselor, Hispanic state legislator)

A written personal statement (500 words) about "What Public Service Means To Me"
