Amending the act of May 1, 1984 (P.L.206, No.43), entitled "Anact providing for safe drinking water; imposing powers andduties on the Department of Environmental Resources inrelation thereto; and appropriating certain funds," furtherproviding for powers and duties of the Department ofEnvironmental Protection.

The Environmental Quality Board will be responsible for the continuation of the program as well as the monitoring.
