Your application must be submitted with the following required documents:

     
Current High School Transcript
 
     
A resume (please include honors/distinctions and community involvement)
 
     
Two (2) Letters of recommendation (principal, teacher, school counselor, Hispanic state legislator)
 
   
     
A written Personal Statement (500 words) about “What Public Service Means To Me”
