As President of the National Hispanic Caucus of State Legislators (NHCSL), I welcome you to this year’s virtual summit: Adiós 2020: Legislating Latino Priorities in 2021!
We have all had a very difficult year. But I am confident that the struggles we have faced together, and the lessons we have learned, will make us stronger for what is to come.
