Kate is the Director of Policy at The Justice Collaborative. The Justice Collaborative is a national, non-profit research and advocacy organization dedicated to building healthier and safer communities. At TJC, Kate works with lawmakers, community groups, and other leaders to promote legislation and policies that promote public safety for everyone and reduces the size and scope of our carceral system.
