About At&T

AT&T’s 145+ year history of innovation is a story of people from all walks of life and backgrounds coming together to connect customers with their loved ones, their work and their world. Our diverse, inclusive culture welcomes all points of view and helps to make us who we are: a great place to work, a desired business partner and a committed member of the communities we serve.

Engagement with Hispanic Community

Inclusiveness is built into AT&T’s company culture, and diversity at all levels of our workforce is critical to our success. We are dedicated to listening, understanding and taking action that advocates for and empowers the Hispanic and Latino communities.

In 2022, Hispanic/Latino employees made up more than 17.3% of our workforce, and 14% in our U.S. management
workforce.

AT&T has a longstanding and unwavering commitment to our Hispanic suppliers through our supplier diversity program. By stimulating job growth, improving opportunities for technical training and being a catalyst to stimulate new diverse businesses, we aim to improve the livelihoods for diverse individuals across the country.

In 2019, we signed The Hispanic Promise, which was the first-of-its-kind national pledge to hire, promote, retain and celebrate Hispanics in the workplace. This promise served as a call to action for business leaders and companies of Corporate America to create a more inclusive work environment for Hispanics.

Corporate Social Responsibility

Due to AT&T’s spending with diverse suppliers, AT&T is recognized by the United States Hispanic Chamber of
Commerce in their top tier Million Dollar Club, for companies who spend at least $1 million annually with Hispanic-
owned businesses.

Our employees are dedicated to service and the community. HACEMOS, AT&T’s Latino Employee Group, fosters an environment where people support each other to succeed professionally and personally through networking and volunteering activities. HACEMOS is comprised of more than 7,000 employees in 37 chapters across the U.S.
